Property Management
Few landscape managers and designers understand and appreciate the important roles that ecology and sustainability as well as budget and owner’s requirements play in a landscape – Linda blends these dimensions into solid designs and plans for your landscape. She works with other specialized consultants such as irrigation technicians, soil analysts, pest control advisors, and engineers when needed to provide any additional skills required for your project. She developed a five year sustainable landscape plan for a major corporation which won honors and saved resources and money. Resource conservation and the restoration of natural systems are benchmarks of her career.
Business Coaching
With her experience in taking over a small 7 person company and growing it to a 125 employee corporation and ESOP, Linda has the real life knowledge it takes for a business to grow and be successful. Developing a clear vision and plan - then implementing the plan, require people skills, business savvy, and sales and marketing expertise. When required, consultants are introduced to the team to provide human resource, salary administration, and fiscal technical support. Linda’s proven track record can benefit landscape and other businesses who want to improve their profit, deepen their employee relationships, and create a succession plan.
