“Recently we completed a 12 year complete re-landscaping of Crown Colony, a 24 acre, 920 unit condo complex located in Daly City. We employed Linda Novy and Warren Simmonds as a joint venture to design and supervise the planting. The general concept of an environmentally responsible planting using native plants with an emphasis on one that would encourage use by birds, butterflies and bees, came from Ms. Novy. She was intimately involved in the designing of the new project. She also supervised the placement of all plants by the contractor chosen to install the new drip system and plant the new plants. Since then she has made annual inspections and recommended necessary maintenance step to be taken by Crown’s gardeners.

As former president of the homeowners’ association I was intimately involved in all phases of the project. I found that Ms. Novy was easy to work with and very responsive to all questions and suggestions raised by residents and members of the board.
